coolForm 1.0 script details coolForm was developed to solve some of the problems that still exist even after the release of HTML 5: Web form customizations.
Annoying developers for over 15 years, this problem still needs lots of JavaScript tricks and plugins to let the developer have full control over the design of standard form elements.
coolForm was coded as a jQuery plugin and corrals various tips and tricks that can provide a full customization package for Web forms.
Developers can use it to apply an uniform custom skin to form elements, from the basic input fields, to the complex file input fields, radio buttons, and checkboxes.
The plugin comes with support for responsive page layouts and with a few form skins included.
